Day 2-3: H|M team QAs order and reaches out if they have any questions
Day 3-5: Pattern approved by our bespoke technicians
Day 6-10: Your garment is now in production! Batching, and Cutting
Day 10-12: Rigorous quality control process
Day 12+: Order shipped (usually delivered in 2-5 days)
Because your suit is made custom for you using measurements gathered by our H | M Mobile Tailor, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
