Eric Hartter and David Manly, founders of H | M, bring you 14 combined years of experience in menswear. Your one-on-one appointment allows us to get a thorough concept of exactly what it is you are looking for, developed with the careful guidance of two menswear experts.
Our Process
We’ll get you on a short discovery call to take a general look at what it is you’re looking for. We’ll collect fabric samples, style inspiration, color guides, and more, so that when the time comes, your one-on-one appointment with our founders goes as smoothly as possible, and you can use that time to narrow down your options and get direct, personalized feedback on your ideas so that, together, we build you the perfect look.

Measurements are taken after purchase. With our HARTTER MANLY Mobile Tailor technology, you can measure yourself from the comfort of your own home using only your smartphone — for free. Our custom garments are made-to-measure. We have no size limitations.
We trust the fit technology of our H | M Mobile Tailor so much that we will offer up to a $50 alteration credit if your suit doesn’t fit quite right.
Because your suit is made custom for you using measurements gathered by our H | M Mobile Tailor, fit concerns are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
