Guarantees & Returns

Alterations

If your custom garment(s) require a few small adjustments in order to fit you perfectly, simply visit a local tailor; HARTTER | MANLY will reimburse the cost of your alterations, up to a maximum of $50. 

Local Tailor

Visit your preferred local tailor for small alterations (up to $50 maximum) within 7 days of receiving your garment(s).

Invoice

Request an invoice from your tailor, which should include a short description of any adjustments they perform to your garment.

Refund

Submit the invoice hi@harttermanly.com and we will reimburse your verified custom alteration expense within 72 hours of receiving your request.

If your garment requires some fine tuning, visit your preferred local tailor for alterations. HARTTER | MANLY will offer a reimbursement of your verified-by-tailor-receipt alterations, up to $50. This credit is offered to ensure your new custom-made clothing fits you perfectly.

For all other alteration inquiries, please contact us at hi@harttermanly.com, where our dedicated stylist team will assist you.

Returns on Accessories

HARTTER | MANLY offers returns on accessories for up to 7 days after receiving your purchase.

Contact us at hi@harttermanly.com and describe the reason(s) you wish to return your accessory item(s). 

Contact

One of our team members will contact you within 72 hours and provide a prepaid return label for your items.

Refund

Once your return arrives back to our offices, HARTTER | MANLY will verify your return and refund your purchase cost to your original method of payment within 72 hours. 

Because each item in our custom clothing collections is made to your measurements, we do not support returns on these items. However, we will accept returns of any purchased accessories within 7 days of receipt.

For any specific return inquiries, please contact us at hi@harttermanly.com, where one of our stylists will respond to you within 24 hours.

Remakes

If determined your custom clothing piece(s) significantly differ from your submitted measurements and require alterations that aren’t able to be altered by a tailor, HARTTER | MANLY will have your order remade to ensure both superior quality and your satisfaction.

Contact

One of our quality control team members will contact you within 72 hours, and will provide you with a prepaid return label to send back your garments.

Remake

Once HARTTER | MANLY’s quality control department has a chance to examine your garment(s) and verify the problem areas described, we will then proceed to produce another bespoke garment for you. 

Timing

All HARTTER | MANLY garments are custom-made, expect the remake lead time (after our quality control verification) to be approximately 4 to 6 weeks.

If your preferred local tailor(s) cannot make the necessary adjustments to your custom garment order, we will produce another bespoke garment if the issue was HARTTER | MANLY’s mistake.  Reach out to our team via email at hi@harttermanly.com, and after verifying your issue, you’ll be asked to send your garment(s) back to us in order to proceed with a remake.  

Important Notes on Remakes and Repairs:

  • Because our products are custom-crafted, the lead time on these exchanges is approximately 4 to 6 weeks.
  • Any product returned for a remake consideration must be in unwashed, unworn condition with no damages, and must still have all labels attached.
  • Due to limited fabric supply on our bespoke collections, some items may be unavailable for remakes in the original fabric selected; you will be notified if this is the case.
  • In addition to our 30-day purchase guarantee, HARTTER | MANLY will cover any missing buttons or rips up to 90 days after your purchase date. After 90 days, we cannot guarantee your specific fabric or buttons will be in stock.

If your preferred local tailor(s) cannot make the necessary adjustments to your custom garment order, we will produce another bespoke garment if the issue was HARTTER | MANLY’s mistake.  Reach out to our team via email at hi@harttermanly.com, and after verifying your issue, you’ll be asked to send your garment(s) back to us in order to proceed with a remake.
